We are looking to hire a skilled and dedicated Loft Installer to maintain our standards and continue to deliver excellence.
Role Overview: We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated Loft Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in lofts, carpentry or a related field, be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, and possess strong customer service skills. As a Loft Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of loft boarding, ladders, lighting, hatches, insulation, and various accessories. You will be working independently on jobs, managing your own workload and ensuring high standards are maintained. All training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation: Install loft boarding, ladders, lighting, access hatches, insulation, and other related accessories.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service while working in customers homes. Be approachable, professional, and confident.
- Work Independently and Collaboratively: Carry out tasks with minimal supervision while also working effectively as part of a team when required.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure all installations are completed to a high standard with a keen eye for detail and precision.
- Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies while on-site.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience: Previous carpentry experience or relevant experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Customer Service: Confident in interacting with customers and providing a positive experience.
- Driving License: Must hold a full UK driver’s license.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
- Team Player: You will have to work well with colleagues, communicate effectively, and contribute to a positive and productive working environment.
- Independent Working: Able to work confidently on your own while on the road, managing your time effectively and completing tasks to a high standard.
- Own tools: Must have own tools
