Job Overview
Flat roofer!!!We are looking for skilled hot-melters and liquid installers for various locations in London. we would consider less experienced individuals who want to learn the trade as well.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using various materials such as liquid plastic (PMMA/PU), hotmelt, mineral felt waterproofing systems.
- Interpret schematics and blueprints to determine job specifications and requirements.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and installing roofing materials
- Paving/decking knowledge is a bonus.
- Qualifications
- CSCS Card!
- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to roofing tasks.
- Familiarity with reading schematics and technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of masonry techniques is advantageous..
- Strong physical fitness with the capability of heavy lifting (up to 50 kg).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and practices while on-site.
