BARTENDER (FULL TIME, PERMANENT)

What experience you will have:
- Previous bartending experience in a busy bar or restaurant environment
- A genuine passion for drinks, service and guest experience
- Confidence preparing drinks quickly, consistently and to a high standard
- Good knowledge of bar set-up, stock, cleanliness and service standards
- Clear communication and a positive team attitude
- Ability to stay calm, organised and professional during busy services
- Strong attention to detail

Solis focuses on serving simple, well-executed food with bold and uncompromising flavours. The menu is heavily influenced by Iberian and Latin American Parilla culture, where families and friends gather to grill meats and vegetables over open fires. Solis takes influence from both sides of The Atlantic – Spain, Portugal, Uruguay and Argentina.
