Join our fast-paced team as a Warehouse Worker, where your attention to detail and strong work ethic will ensure the smooth handling of our inventory and materials. We are looking for motivated individuals ready to contribute to our efficient warehouse operations.

Schedule & Rates of pay
We offer a minimum of 18 hours per week, with shifts scheduled for Tuesdays (6-8 hours), Thursdays (6 hours), and Saturdays (6 hours). We value flexibility and may have additional shifts available.
Our competitive hourly rates of pay are:
- Over 21: £12.71
- Aged 18-20: £10.85
- Under 18: £8.00
Key Duties
- Focus primarily (80%) on dispatch order checking and box packing.
- Safely load and unload goods from lorries.
- Perform quality control checks on all incoming and outgoing products.
- Utilise warehouse management systems for efficient inventory tracking.
- Work comfortably in an open, non-heated warehouse environment.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for timely delivery.
- Maintain an organised workspace and conduct regular stock checks.
- Collaborate with the team to optimise workflow and efficiency.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience and inventory knowledge are advantageous.
- Provide and wear your own non-slip footwear and thermal clothes.
- Familiarity with dispatch handling and inventory systems is beneficial.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting (25kg/50lbs) using proper techniques.
- Capability to stand for extended periods while working.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and eagerness to learn.
- Willing to complete any food training and warehouse handling requirements
