In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting the CEO and CFO through effective diary management, coordination and communication support, ensuring priorities are organised, time is optimised, and day-to-day activity runs smoothly.
What We Offer
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Part-time/school hours can be considered (salary pro rata)

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be confident managing busy diaries, coordinating meetings and handling communications, with the ability to prioritise effectively and stay one step ahead. You’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks, resolving scheduling challenges and ensuring the day runs seamlessly, allowing the CEO and CFO to focus on key priorities.
You’re a strong communicator who can build relationships across the business and handle information with professionalism and discretion. You’re comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, supporting across a range of tasks from meeting coordination to general administration. Experience with meeting preparation, note taking or wider coordination is helpful, but most importantly you bring a positive, can-do attitude. You’ll be joining a business with a genuinely supportive culture, where people enjoy working together and take pride in what they do.
About you
You’ll have experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role, with strong diary management and communication skills. You’ll be confident managing busy schedules, prioritising inboxes, and working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. Highly organised and detail focused, you take pride in providing reliable, high-quality support to senior stakeholders. Ideally, you’ll also have experience supporting multiple stakeholders and assisting with meeting coordination, including preparing agendas, gathering information, and taking notes. Experience arranging travel or handling general coordination would be an advantage, but above all, you’ll bring a proactive approach and enjoy working in a supportive, collaborative environment.
