Duties

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Manage cash transactions and process payments accurately using POS systems
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible serving and adherence to legal alcohol service regulations
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation throughout shifts
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality with excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol serving procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for handling transactions and measuring ingredients
- Previous restaurant or bar experience is highly preferred
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
