Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Workshop Labourer to join our team based in Gateshead.
Duties:
- General day-to-day cleaning and housekeeping of the workshop
- Preparing machinery and equipment for engineers
- Assisting engineers with various workshop tasks
- Carrying out driving duties, including collection and delivery of equipment/materials
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
Skills:
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- HGV licence preferred, but not essential
- Good work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible and proactive approach to work
