Responsibilities: Lead creative direction across client campaigns and internal brands Design high-performing creative assets for social, paid ads, web, email, and print Oversee and maintain brand consistency across multiple accounts Conceptualise campaign visuals from brief through to execution Review and refine creative output from junior designers Collaborate with social, paid media, and strategy teams Contribute to creative brainstorming and campaign ideation Ensure all work meets high visual and performance standards
Qualifications/Nice to Have: Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a graphic design role Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, and campaign work Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; AfterEffects/Premiere a bonus) Experience designing for performance marketing (Meta ads, social, email marketing andlanding pages) Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchyRequirements: Strong creative thinking and conceptual skills High attention to detail and quality control Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Confident communicator and team collaborator Ability to work in-person in Cwmbran Ambition to grow into a lead creative role
