About the Role
We are seeking an organised and dependable Admin Assistant to support data entry, document processing, scheduling, client records, and general office administration.
You will update company systems, prepare routine documents, maintain digital files, and assist colleagues with daily administrative tasks.
Previous office experience is helpful but not essential. Training on company procedures and internal systems will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update information in company systems
- Maintain accurate client and business records
- Prepare routine letters, forms, and documents
- Update spreadsheets and administrative trackers
- Organise and maintain digital files
- Respond to routine telephone and email enquiries
- Monitor shared inboxes and route requests appropriately
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Process forms and administrative requests
- Check records for missing or incorrect information
- Update customer and supplier contact details
- Scan, upload, and archive documents
- Prepare basic reports and activity summaries
- Support client onboarding administration
- Monitor outstanding administrative tasks
- Handle business and customer information confidentially
- Support colleagues with routine information requests
- Assist with general office duties when required
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Previous experience in administration, data entry, customer service, retail, hospitality, or office support is helpful but not essential
- Applications from career starters and candidates changing industries are welcome
- Previous professional-services experience is beneficial but not required

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good computer and keyboard skills

Education
- GCSEs or equivalent qualifications are preferred
- A university degree is not required
- Relevant administrative, customer-service, volunteer, or practical experience will be considered
Pay: £25,420.00-£38,000.00 per year
