Liverpool Student Lettings is a well established independent letting agency with over 10 years of experience managing a large portfolio of student and residential properties across Liverpool.

The Role
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You will work closely with landlords, tenants, contractors and the management team, supporting the smooth day to day running of the office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing landlord and tenant enquiries.
- Organising property viewings and tenancy progression.
- Preparing tenancy agreements and property documentation.
- Coordinating tenant move ins and move outs.
- Liaising with contractors and arranging maintenance works.
- Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records.
- Assisting with rent administration and landlord statements.
- Monitoring rent payments and updating office records.
- Supporting client account administration and financial reporting.
- Assisting with improving office systems and procedures.
- Providing general administrative support across the business.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience within lettings, property management or estate agency.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload.
- A professional, trustworthy and positive attitude.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
Experience in any of the following would be an advantage but is not essential, as training can be provided:
- Property management software.
- Xero or similar accounting software.
- Rent administration.
- Landlord statements.
- Basic bookkeeping or accounts administration.
- Client money administration.
- Process improvement and office organisation.
