An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Treatment Coordinator at our Dulwich Orthodontic Practice!

Who we are looking for:
- Strong background as a Dental treatment coordinator, dental sales and patient liaison.
- Guide patients all the way through their dental improvement journey from enquiry to treatment completion
- Clearly explain treatment / payment options to patients and assist them with any enquiries to enable them to begin their journey to better teeth.
- Understanding of KPI's, conversions rates and patient trackers.
- Offer patients an exceptional level of customer service and assistance.
- Liaise with clinicians and other members of the team to best serve patients.
- Happy to work in Reception and support the Reception Team (50/50 split)
- Have excellent admin and record-keeping abilities.
- Minimum 2 years customer service and sales experience (high end).
- Previous experience in the dental industry
- Knowledge of Dentally practice management software would be ideal but not mandatory as training will be given.
- Fluent English speaking and writing abilities with a clear, easy to understand telephone voice.
- Self-motivated and with a strong work ethic.
- Must work well as part of a team and individually.
- Must be computer literate
- Must be a quick learner.
