Job Title: Part-Time Ad Hoc Handyman

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and skilled handyman to assist with maintenance and improvement work across a small portfolio of residential properties. This is a flexible, part-time role where hours will be offered on an ad hoc basis as work arises.
Key Duties May Include:
- General joinery and small carpentry jobs
- Fence repairs and installation
- Interior and exterior painting and decorating
- Basic tiling work
- General property repairs and maintenance
- Preparing properties between tenancies
- Other small maintenance tasks as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in general property maintenance or handyman work
- Ability to carry out a variety of practical tasks to a good standard
- Own tools essential
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
- Driving licence and own transport essential
Hours:
Flexible and offered as required. This role would suit someone looking for a few extra hours each week or a self-employed tradesperson seeking additional small contract work.
Pay:
Competitive hourly rate depending on experience.
