Responsibilities

- Oversee financial management, including reviewing budgets, financial reports, and ensuring sound stewardship of resources
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including beneficiaries, partners, donors, and the wider community
- Promote the charity’s public profile through effective communication strategies and public relations activities
- Assist in evaluating the organization’s performance against its goals, ensuring continuous improvement and accountability
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, relationship management, or public relations is highly desirable
- Proven ability in fundraising activities or campaigns to support organizational growth
- Strong customer service skills with an empathetic approach to stakeholder engagement
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively represent the charity publicly
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also exercising independent judgment when necessary
- Commitment to the charity’s mission, values, and ethical standards
