About you...
We are looking for a Sous Chef who is passionate about food... You will be assisting us in designing our menu and we want someone who can bring creativity to this, we want vibrant, delicious mouth watering food that looks amazing and tastes even better! You should thrive during a busy service and be able to handle the pressure of a busy kitchen. We want someone who is adaptable and can come up with solutions to issues.
Most importantly, you need to be hard working, reliable, with a passion for food and wants to be a positive leader.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to...
- Maintaining a positive and encouraging kitchen environment
- Assisting with the training of the team and sharing your knowledge
- Ordering and stock inventory
- Ensuring that the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary, food safety and health and safety practices
- Running busy services, maintaining impeccable food preparation and presentation standards of all dishes leaving the kitchen
