We are looking for caring, reliable and compassionate Domiciliary Care Workers to join our team in Coventry.
The role involves providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, helping them to remain independent, comfortable and safe.
Key responsibilities
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing and toileting
- Supporting clients with mobility and daily activities
- Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
- Supporting with medication where required and appropriately trained
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Carrying out light domestic duties related to the client’s care
- Supporting clients with appointments, shopping and community activities
- Maintaining accurate care records
- Promoting dignity, privacy, choice and independence at all times
- Following individual care plans and safeguarding procedures
About you
We are looking for someone who is:

- Reliable, punctual and responsible
- Respectful of clients and their individual needs
- A good communicator
- Comfortable providing personal care
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Driving licence and access to a vehicle: (Preferred)
Pay: £12.75-£13.25 per hour
