We are seeking a dynamic and professional Technical Sales Advisor to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients to understand needs and providing solutions whilst managing expectations.. Responsibilities
· Attending to and serving customers.
· Booking repair/sale/insurance tickets.
· Processing sales and cash handling.
· Maximising sales using cross selling and consultative selling techniques.
· Setting and delivering customer expectations.
· Work-in-progress investigations.
· Digital device diagnosis and fault checking.
· Sourcing parts and following inventory procedures.
· Online store logistics and admin.
· Cleaning and maintaining the store appearance and stock presentation.
· Any other duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
· A keen interest in smart phones and other technology.
· Experience at basic troubleshooting of digital devices.
· Previously used a POS/stock management system.
· A friendly and welcoming personality.
· A passion to drive sales and promote our products and services.
· A willingness to work as part of a team.
· The confidence to resolve challenging situations with dissatisfied customers.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
