Our family business is looking for a person to undertake full property maintenance and renovation work on a fixed portfolio of commercial and residential rental properties.
This job role will be very varied with many challenges. Mainly solo work taking care of every aspect of rental properties from property maintenance,, to refurbishments and everything around the edges. We will need you to be able to undertake the work from start to finish on your own and its very important you can problem solve new issues, learn new skills at the same time as achieving a high standard.
What you need to have:
A driving licence
Experience with property maintenance and refurbishment, plumbing, electrics, carpentry and roofing etc. Pay based on experience
Able to be responsible for jobs from start to finish and generally needs to be a good problem solver
Ideally looking for a local person to our work, where work is almost solely within Burnett and Keynsham
