We are seeking a Deputy Reception Manager to join our team at Scott Veterinary Clinic in the UK. The Deputy Reception Manager will be based in our clinic location, contributing to a welcoming and efficient environment for pet owners and their animals.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily reception operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
- Support the Reception Manager in supervising front desk staff and coordinating schedules.
- Assist with client communications, appointment scheduling, and billing processes.
- Uphold high standards of professionalism and compassion in all client interactions.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to facilitate seamless clinic operations.
- Contribute to maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and their pets.
- Help implement training programs for new team members.
- Support the clinic’s commitment to exceptional pet care through effective reception management.
- Qualifications
