Grade 3, £25,804 - £27,319 per annum pro rata
Fixed Term – 12 months

Applications are invited for an Administrative Officer, in the School of Design and the Programme Development Team.
You will deliver a professional administrative service in support of the academic programmes you are assigned to, including the Learning, Teaching and Research strategies and provide administrative support to the Head of School, Head of Programme Development, Deputy Head of School and Academic Support Manager, and, and where required, supporting the GSA Career Services Team.
You will be educated to HND level or equivalent and/or have relevant experience working in a similar role. Excellent administrative and IT skills are essential, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
