Chintemani Mediterranean Brasserie is looking for experienced, professional and enthusiastic Waiters and Waitresses to join our front-of-house team on King’s Road, Chelsea.
The ideal candidates will have a genuine passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver warm, attentive and efficient service.
You will be responsible for welcoming guests, explaining the menu, taking accurate orders and ensuring that every customer receives a memorable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, attentive service.
- Present and explain the food and drinks menus confidently.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve dishes and drinks according to the restaurant’s service standards.
- Make recommendations and assist guests with menu choices.
- Communicate dietary requirements and allergies clearly to the kitchen team.
- Check guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Prepare and maintain tables and service areas before, during and after service.
- Support private dining events, group bookings and special occasions.
- Work closely with the kitchen, bar, reception and management teams.
- Follow food safety, licensing, hygiene and health and safety procedures.
- Handle guest requests or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Support the team during busy services while maintaining high standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress or Chef de Rang within a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Confident, friendly and professional manner.
- Good knowledge of food and beverages.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Good spoken English.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom.
