Our services cover Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, Mechanical and Electrical Services, working with a diverse range of clients across sectors including Healthcare, Leisure, Warehousing, Distribution Centres, Government, Transport and Retail.
We are now looking for an experienced and reliable Industrial Refrigeration Engineer to join our team and play an important role in delivering high-quality refrigeration services to our clients.
The Role
As an Industrial Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing and repairing a wide range of industrial refrigeration systems. You'll have the opportunity to work across varied and technically challenging environments, helping clients keep their critical refrigeration systems operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a wide range of industrial refrigeration systems
- Diagnose and repair faults efficiently to minimise downtime
- Work on systems including ammonia, CO₂ and HFC refrigerants, depending on experience
- Ensure all work is completed in line with current health & safety legislation and company procedures
- Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
- Participate in the on-call rota and respond to emergency breakdowns when required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional conduct and high-quality service delivery
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working with industrial refrigeration systems
- Relevant refrigeration qualifications, such as NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
- F-Gas certification – essential
- Experience with ammonia systems – highly desirable
- CO₂ qualification
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in supermarket, warehouse or large-scale industrial environments
Overtime Rates
Monday to Friday
- 17:30pm – 00:00am: Time and a half
- 00:00am – 08:30am: Double time
Saturday
- 08:30am – 12:00pm: Time and a half
- 12:00pm – 00:00am: Double time
Sunday & Bank Holidays
- All hours worked: Double time

Pay: £47,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
