Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum + £5,000 KPI

Qualifications Required: Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification, completed or enrolled
Experience Required: Experienced Children's Home Manager with a proven track record of achieving and maintaining a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating.
The Home:
This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in re-establishing a 4-bed children's home in Preston. The home is currently due to close following an Inadequate Ofsted judgement, creating an opportunity for an experienced and resilient Registered Manager to rebuild the service from the ground up.
You will play a key role in recruiting a new staff team, supporting the admission of new young people and creating a positive, stable and child-focused culture that delivers excellent outcomes.
Who we are looking for:
Our client is looking for an experienced and confident Registered Manager who has successfully managed an Ofsted Registered Children's Home and maintained a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating.
You will be a strong leader with experience in developing high-performing teams, driving service improvement and creating safe, nurturing environments where children can thrive.
