We'd like you to join us as a Administrator at our service Park House in Bedford.
At Park House, we have a strong focus on therapy, care and quality of life. We offer specialist post acute rehabilitation, as well as management of long term neurological conditions, in Bedford. We’re committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, empowered enabling them to live the best life possible.
What you'll be working:
- 22.5 hours per week
- 4 days per week
- £27,927.79 (FTE) Per annum (Pro rata)
What you'll be doing:
In your role as Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Registered Manager and wider management team, ensuring the efficient running of the service

- Stock keeping Audit and Inventory Management
- Staff Personnel File Compliance
- Recruitment and Onboarding Administration

- Financial Administration (Invoices & Purchase Orders)
- Communication and Customer Service
- Meeting Coordination and Minute Taking
- Datix and Incident Administration
- GDPR and Confidential Record Management
What you'll have:
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
- Business Administration Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to undertake mandatory training.
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong organisational, time management and planning skills
- Ability to prioritize a busy workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work on your own initiative
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS
