We work with laptops, monitors, docking stations, headsets, phones and other IT equipment, helping businesses recover value from surplus assets while extending the life of technology.

The Role
You'll be involved in the entire lifecycle of IT equipment:
- Receiving stock
- Testing and grading equipment
- Data wiping and refurbishment
- Creating online listings
- Managing inventory
- Processing orders
- Supporting warehouse operations
This role combines technical work, operations and e-commerce.
ResponsibilitiesIT Processing & Refurbishment
- Test laptops, monitors, docks and IT equipment
- Diagnose basic faults
- Clean and prepare equipment for resale
- Perform secure data wiping
- PAT test electrical equipment
- Grade equipment according to company standards
Inventory & Stock Control
- Book in incoming stock
- Asset tag and record serial numbers
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Organise warehouse locations
- Conduct stock checks
E-Commerce & Listings
- Create product listings for Shopify, eBay and Amazon
- Write product descriptions
- Research specifications and compatibility
- Upload images and product information
- Maintain accurate pricing and stock levels
- Monitor listing quality and accuracy
Fulfilment
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Prepare Amazon FBA shipments
- Handle returns and customer issues
- Ensure orders are dispatched accurately
Skills & ExperienceEssential
- Strong attention to detail
- Good computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good written English
- Organised and methodical approach
- Comfortable learning new software systems
Desirable
- Experience selling on eBay, Amazon or Shopify
- IT refurbishment experience
- Knowledge of laptops and business IT hardware
- PAT testing experience
- Photography or product listing experience
- Full UK driving licence
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
