Responsibilities
- Valid DS SIA License
- Smart and Fresh for duty every day
- Base yourself at the entrance of the store monitoring access and egress whilst maintaining Customer service expectations of meet and greet.
- Respond to EAS system activations, checking receipts, bags and persons for any stolen items
- Prevent theft, vandalism, and other security breaches
- Perform loss prevention duties by identifying potential theft or fraudulent activity and intervening appropriately
- Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, including providing first aid when necessary
- Complete detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance documentation accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with local emergency responders during incidents to ensure swift resolution and safety
Qualifications
- Prior experience in Retail security roles is required; although training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to perform basic first aid procedures confidently in emergency situations
- Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail for loss prevention efforts
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel

Pay: £12.71-£13.45 per hour
