We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver to join our busy warehouse team in Wrexham. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational environment and takes pride in working safely, accurately, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading vehicles and trailers in line with company procedures
- Moving products around the warehouse safely and efficiently using FLT
- Order picking, pre-picking, scanning and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Daily forklift pre-use checks and basic housekeeping duties
- Stock rotation (FIFO) and participation in weekly/monthly stock counts
- Ensuring quality standards and 5S standards are maintained at all times
- Supporting production teams where required
- Completing paperwork and due diligence checks accurately and on time
- Reporting hazards, near misses, and incidents in line with H&S procedures
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (minimum 1 year experience)
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience loading/unloading trailers and containers from a ramp
- Experience using scanning systems
- Strong health & safety awareness
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- A team player with a proactive and flexible approach
