Job Overview
As Padel Club Manager, you will play a key role in the overall success and growth of the Club. We have ambitious targets across revenue generation, court utilisation, and customer experience, and you will be responsible for ensuring these standards are consistently achieved and exceeded.
As this is a brand-new padel club, the role will also involve supporting the setup, launch, and successful opening of the facility, helping to establish operational procedures, build the customer base, and create a strong club culture from day one. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and mould the Club as you see fit, bringing new ideas, initiatives, and ways of creating an outstanding customer and community experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, self-driven, and commercially minded, with a genuine passion for sport and creating exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a natural people person who enjoys engaging with players and members of all ages while building a welcoming and thriving club environment.
The role is designed to feel entrepreneurial, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to share in the success of the Club through a profit share and incentive structure alongside a competitive base salary.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support with the setup, launch, and opening of the new padel club
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Club, ensuring a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for all visitors
- Take ownership of revenue growth initiatives
- Plan, coordinate, and manage club activities, leagues, tournaments, and Corporate events
- Foster a vibrant social atmosphere and strong club community
- Manage customer communications, booking systems, digital platforms, and overall customer service standards
- Lead and support a high-performing team of freelance padel coaches,
- Assist with creating engaging social media and marketing content for the Club
- Maintain positive relationships local community stakeholders where necessary
- Work on sponsorship and membership acquisition and retention
Key Skills & Experience:
- Ideally previous experience managing a hospitality, leisure, sports, or customer-focused venue
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and drive business performance
- Understanding of marketing, customer engagement, and community outreach would be advantageous
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, approachable, and team-focused attitude
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to take ownership and deliver results independently

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
