About the Role
Turnkey Property Maintenance is looking for a dependable and proactive Part-Time Maintenance Operative to join our team.
Your primary place of work will be Dockside Apart Hotel, Liverpool, where you'll carry out day-to-day maintenance to ensure the hotel is safe, well-maintained, and presented to a high standard for guests.
From time to time, you may also be asked to carry out maintenance work at residential properties across Liverpool. Turnkey Property Maintenance works with a number of local letting agents and property managers, so the role offers a variety of work across different sites when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance and repair work throughout the hotel.
- Complete basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, decorating, and minor repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
- Undertake maintenance work at residential properties across Liverpool when required.
- Report any issues requiring specialist contractors.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities, or handyman role is preferred.
- Good all-round practical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
- A full UK driving licence is desirable.
- Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering quality work.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
