No experience required! We’re looking for Support Workers to join our friendly domiciliary team supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs in their own homes and communities. Full training and support is provided.
What you’ll be doing
No two days are the same. You’ll be:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Supporting people to attend appointments and enjoy community activities
- Assisting with daily living, budgeting and life skills
- Helping with personal care where needed
- Updating care plans and supporting individuals to plan for their future
You’ll help people stay independent, confident and connected to the things they love.
What we’re looking for
- No experience in adult specialist support services is required, as full training and support is provided
- A caring, positive and motivated approach
- Full UK driving licence + own vehicle with business insurance (essential)
- Availability for alternate weekends
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
