We are looking for a dedicated, hardworking and presentable Housekeeper to join our Boutique Nursery. We offer a beautiful friendly, inclusive, homely environment.
We are seeking a dedicated housekeeper / cleaner to join our team, the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in of the nursery. This position requires a strong commitment and hard work, you will be part of the wider team and working in amongst the children so must be warm and friendly and have a clear DBS.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, lobbies, restrooms, and other common areas.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
- Assist the nursery’s chef in delivering food to the various rooms.
- Using washing machine and tumble dryer for children’s uniform and bedding.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens food preparation area.
Skills
- Happy and sociable.
- Experience cleaning or similar roles is preferred.
- Hard wording and enthusiastic.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure thorough cleaning tasks are completed effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
