Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Fence Erector to join our team. This role requires a skilled and reliable individual with a strong work ethic who can work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards across a range of fencing and gate installations.
Responsibilities
- Installation of all types of fencing systems to a professional standard.
- Ability to rip down and install up to 9 bays per day.
- Measure and mark out fence lines accurately on site.
- Fitting and installation of: Driveway gates, Single Gates, Timber, panel and bespoke fencing.
- Preparation work including removal of existing fencing and structures. Taking down brick walls where required, installation of concrete bases and posts.
- Ensuring all work is complete safely, efficiently and to customers specifications.
- Maintaining tools, vehicles and tidy work site.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years proven experience in fencing installation.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong knowledge of all aspects of fencing and gate fitting.
- Ability to carry out heavy manual work and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Good problem solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently or as part of a team.
