We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Cleaning Operative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and communal spaces using appropriate cleaning equipment and products.
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, fixtures, and furniture to uphold a professional appearance.
- Dispose of waste materials safely and efficiently, following environmental guidelines.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet rolls to ensure continuous availability.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to the supervisor for swift resolution.
- Adhere to company policies on cleaning protocols and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and lifting supplies.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to cleaning practices is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and report issues clearly.
