We are currently seeking an experienced, motivational and supremely professional Gym and Studio Manager, to join our Wellness team.
The on target earning potential for this role is £36,415 / per annum - comprising a base salary of £31,415, plus a qualified estimate of £5,000 in gratuities and service charge.* As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards

- Leading your team, involved in everything Wellness related around the estate; you’ll spend your day ensuring every element of our operation is slick, always exceeding guest expectations
- Supporting the launch of our brand-new Gleneagles Sporting Club, you’ll play a key part in the development of its programme, offering a range of unique and diverse fitness programmes and sessions
- You’ll take ownership of our Wellness strategy, ensuring our offering is outstanding, cultivating a varied, exciting and inviting range of incredible classes, fitness events, workshops and seminars
- You’ll be one step ahead of industry trends, creating an incredible annual wellness calendar
- Evaluating member and guest statistics and data, fully utilising the relevant software; maximising engagement and real-time reporting
- Reviewing and developing departmental standard operating procedures whilst consistently exploring opportunities for service improvements and looking for ways to distinguish what we do
- Responsible for ensuring the cleaning standards within in the health club gym, you’ll ensure we’re always perfectly prepared to welcome our members and guests
- Managing competing, and sometimes conflicting, priorities for you and your team, you’ll be constantly flexing your organisational skills and establishing effective solutions
- You’ll work closely and collaborate with our Health Club Manager, recognising that communication, teamworking and collaboration is central to ensuring our values and promises are fulfilled
- Striving to elevate our “wellness” offering, you’ll explore trends, products, experiences, programmes, taking our offering to the next level, reviewing and exploring opportunities for secondary income streams
- You’ll deputise for our Health Club Manager, ensuring that the highest standards are maintained, and the team are operating at their full potential
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
- Ideally, you’re currently established in a similar role, with fantastic fitness industry experience, and you’ve led your own team
- Determined to create unforgettable experiences that get people talking about us and driving long term loyalty and love, you never stop asking the question is this the best we can do?
