- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals, and mobility to promote independence and dignity

- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Drive to people’s homes and work on a lone basis
- Monitor clients’ health status, report any changes or concerns promptly, and escalate issues as required
- Foster a warm, respectful environment by demonstrating excellent communication skills and empathetic listening
Qualifications
- Valid driving license with reliable access to a vehicle for home visits
- Experience working in a care home or providing home care support is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for those new to the sector
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English to ensure clear understanding of care instructions and documentation
- Strong communication skills with an empathetic approach towards clients from diverse backgrounds
- Willingness to learn about care plans, health protocols, and safety procedures necessary for delivering quality support
