As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. Your dedication and compassion will make a positive impact on the lives of those you care for.
We are recruiting Personal Care Assistants to care for clients in their own homes in the Thanet, Sandwich and surrounding areas or Kent in the mornings, evenings and weekends.

Main duties will include:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry
- Assist with medication
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role is preferred but not required as all training is provided
- Knowledge of basic personal care techniques and procedures
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanour
This role does involve travel to clients own homes to deliver our service due to this a full UK driving license and reliable transport is required.
