About the Role
You will manage a defined product tower, overseeing systems and
application development, configuration, maintenance, and lifecycle support across assigned institutional functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing prioritisation and coordination of system /application software
management activities.
- Monitoring, managing and coordinating all IT hardware support and maintenance.
- Ensuring service delivery meets agreed SLAs and addressing performance issues.
- Conducting demand analysis and aligning capacity with institutional priorities.
- Supporting system design, upgrades, security, and disaster recovery planning.
- Coordinating reactive support, maintenance, and change implementation.
- Managing supplier relationships in line with contractual obligations.
- Providing operational leadership to Technicians and Systems Analysts.
- Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure our systems and services align to
business needs and are utilised affectively.
