Overview
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Lettings Negotiator, with proven valuation experience and a proven ability to win new business. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of the local property market, outstanding communication and negotiation skills, and a genuine passion for the property industry. They will need to be proactive, target-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional service while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
This is a full time position, based at our branch in Patchway, Bristol.
Hours of work are 8.45am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
The occasional Saturday morning will be required, but a full day off given in return.
Full Job Description:
- Registering tenant details and matching them to available properties for rent
- Maintain full documentation of all applicants, their requirements and actions.
- Booking and conducting property valuations.
- Carrying out accompanied viewings with potential tenants
- Negotiating property let's, liaising between landlords / tenants.
- Working closely with others in the team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Working closely with the property management team
- Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities.
- Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in lettings.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- A fast thinker and someone that can adapt to ever changing markets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Confident and able to work alone, as well as be part of a team.
- Able to work to realistic targets that will benefit not only the business but you as well.
- A full UK driving license
(A pool car is available, however you must be prepared to use your own vehicle)
