Responsibilities:
· Work with the manager to optimise daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to company standards
· Support with staff training, customer focus and product development. To exceed targets.
· Work with the manager to maximise footfall and ensure repeat custom. Mystery shop results to 90%
· Stock takes weekly. - ensuring stock is only ordered when needed and a tight control of all dates to ensure minimal wastage
· Working closely with the manager to train and supervise staff members ensuring a high level of competence and customer service You will develop and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Support the manager with stock management. Keeping wastage to a minimum rotating stock and ensuring any found slow sellers are promoted. Plus, development of stock offering and any missed opportunities. Making sure stocktakes are achieved and ordering is done timely. Maximising forward planning for busy weekends and bank holidays.
· Customer service - focus the team to develop the community feel, fun environment that is focused on the customers not the team.
· Ensure High Cleaning standards. – Making sure all Dash standards are followed to continue to hold a 5* hygiene rating. Implement and monitor quality control measures and regular inspections.
· Provide innovative social media content.
