Washrooms Service Driver (Van Driver)
Location: Hampshire area (South East) — van kept on route
Salary: £34,000 per year + overtime opportunities
Hours: Monday–Friday, 04:00/05:00 start — 10‑hour days

We’re the dominant clinical waste provider in the South East and are recruiting reliable, customer‑focused drivers to service the Hampshire area. The role offers stability, clear progression and the chance to help shape an exciting new operation.
The role
- Service sanitary waste units at customer sites across your route
- Replenish washroom hygiene products and consumables
- Drive a company van safely and efficiently (van can be kept on route)
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every visit
- Complete route paperwork and service records accurately
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety and professionalism
You’ll need
- Full UK driving licence
- Previous van driving/service driver experience preferred
- Experience in washroom services, hygiene, waste management or similar desirable
- Reliable, hardworking and self‑motivated approach
- Strong customer service, organisation and time‑management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow with the company
