Responsibilities

- Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and courtesy.
- Monitor health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Assist in organising staff schedules, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance of the premises to uphold brand standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery during all shifts.
- Manage cash handling procedures, reservations, and administrative tasks as required.
Experience
- Proven management experience within the hospitality industry or similar service-oriented environment.
- Strong knowledge of guest service principles and hospitality standards.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in supervising staff, conducting training, and resolving conflicts professionally.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to hospitality settings is desirable.
