The Role
As Registered Manager, you'll have full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring exceptional standards of care while leading and developing a stable, committed team. You'll work closely with senior leadership to maintain strong commercial performance and continue delivering positive outcomes for residents, families, and colleagues.

About You
We're looking for a Registered Manager who has:
- Previous experience managing a nursing home
- A proven track record of achieving and maintaining strong CQC outcomes
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience
- An active NMC PIN is desirable but not essential, depending on experience
- A passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care
