Are you passionate about early years and ready to bring your energy, ideas and nurturing nature into a setting where children come first? We're on the lookout for a Level 2 or Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our team - a place where giggles, muddy wellies, and lightbulb moments are all part of the daily rhythm.

If you know your way around the EYFS, understand what it takes to support each child as an individual, and love working in a fast-paced, caring environment—this could be your next great move.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating a safe, stimulating environment where children thrive
- Building strong bonds with children, families, and your team
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that support development
- Observing and tracking progress in line with EYFS
- Rolling up your sleeves—this is a hands-on role (mud pies and messy play included)
What we’re looking for:
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- A natural team player who’s also confident taking the lead when needed
- A genuine love for working with children and supporting their development
- Someone who’s flexible, reliable and has a great sense of humour
- Strong communication skills and an understanding of safeguarding practices
