Hours: Night shifts, 9:00pm – 8:00am (rota-based)

Role Overview
We are seeking compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Night Care Assistants to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work nights while gaining experience in dementia care and developing your career through our Degree Entry Programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality personal care to residents during night shifts
- Promote sleep and overall wellbeing
- Monitor and support residents living with advanced dementia, including those who may present with behaviours that challenge
- Maintain accurate and professional documentation
- Work effectively as part of a team while using your initiative
Role Requirements
- Compassion, patience, and genuine care for older adults
- Ability to work nights, including weekends and bank holidays as per rota
- UK applications only — you must have the right to work in the UK; we do not sponsor visas
- If successful at interview, you will be required to undertake an Enhanced DBS check

Successful candidates may have the opportunity to pursue a Degree in Health and Social Care at the University of Greater Manchester (subject to interview success and university acceptance). Completion can open pathways into:
