Due to an increase in service user numbers, we are looking for additional night and day support staff to help support and rehabilitation, allowing each individual to have a high quality and better standard of life.
The ideal candidate will have experience working within a mental health environment, though this is not essential. The ideal candidate must be passionate about delivering high levels of care and supporting people with a range of needs.
You must be an effective communicator and be happy to work as part of a team and be able to use own initiative and work independently.
Hours of work are 12 hour shifts on an ad hoc basis, to meet the demands of the service, and can include days, nights and weekend working.
Salary 12.71 per hour.
The post is subject to satisfactory DBS and references.
