Santuario Smoke & Lounge is an exciting new independent restaurant and cocktail destination opening in Fleet. We combine authentic Texan smoked BBQ, handcrafted cocktails, specialty coffee and warm hospitality in a unique setting.
We are looking for an experienced Bartender who is passionate about creating exceptional drinks and memorable guest experiences.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails to a consistently high standard.
- Recommend drinks and pairings to guests.
- Deliver outstanding customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Keep the bar clean, organised and fully stocked.
- Assist with stock control and bar preparation.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure excellent service.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' bartending experience in a busy bar or restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and beers.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to stay calm and organised during busy services.
- Reliable, professional and passionate about hospitality.
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Right to work in the UK.
