An opportunity has become available to join our Compliance team as a Compliance & Complaints Handler where you will work closely with the Compliance and Complaints Officer and Manager in the day to day running of all complaint and compliance matters.
Responsibilities
- As a Compliance and Complaints Handler, you will investigate and respond to complaints in a timely manner within the Company's guidelines.
- Any ad hoc or additional duties as deemed fit and appropriatefor this post and the associated level of responsibility attached to it

This role will be working fully in our Byker Head Office Monday to Friday, typically working between 8.30am to 5.00pm.
