Job Summary
I H Jordan (Transport) Ltd are currently looking to recruit C+E (Class 1) HGV drivers to join our team, delivering building materials around the UK on a variety of vehicle configurations.
Our Operating Centre is in Market Weighton, East Riding of Yorkshire (Nr. Hull).

The candidate will possess a strong commitment to safety and efficiency; experience is preferred but not essential.
Key Points:
- Monday to Friday
- Experienced drivers preferred however, new passes are welcome to apply, we hire based on aptitude & potential, not just experience.
- Additionally, lorry mounted forklift (moffett) and lorry mounted loader crane (HIAB) experience preferred although training will be provided to the right candidates.
- Continuous training paid (eg DCPC, FLT/Lorry Loader refreshers)
- Early start from 0400~0600
- These are tramping positions - 4 nights out a week. You will have a dedicated vehicle.

Experience
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Valid commercial driving licence with appropriate certificates for lorry mounted forklifts/cranes, where applicable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
- A commitment to maintaining high safety standards while on the road.
