Garden Centre Team Leader – Wheelers of Chiswick (W4)

This is a hands-on role that combines requires warm customer service and a passion for plants. You’ll work within a small, friendly team that’s cherished by the local community, and help ensure the smooth running
Responsibilities:
- Serving customers with plant knowledge and care
- Maintaining plants and stock levels across the shop
- Taking part in occasional plant runs or local deliveries (ability to drive preferred but not essential)
About You:
- Experience in retail or customer-facing roles
- Warm, approachable and enthusiastic about excellent customer service
- A genuine love of plants, flowers, and outdoor living – expert knowledge of gardening is a strong plus
- Happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in
- Comfortable working weekends – availability on our busiest days (Saturday and Sunday) and bank holidays is essential

We’re based on Turnham Green Terrace in Chiswick (W4) and open 7 days a week — weekend presence is an important part of this role.
