The Role
- Working as part of a professional kitchen team in a premium Italian dining environment
- Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes to an exceptional standard
- Working with fresh, high-quality ingredients and authentic Italian flavours
- Maintaining consistently high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
- Taking responsibility for your section and supporting the wider kitchen team
- Working calmly and professionally, even during busy services
- Contributing ideas and continuing to develop your culinary skills
About You
We are looking for a competent, professional and passionate Chef de Partie who takes genuine pride in their work.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar position
- A genuine passion for Italian cuisine and fine dining
- Strong technical cooking skills and excellent attention to detail
- A calm, professional approach to working in a kitchen
- The ability to maintain high standards consistently
- A positive attitude and a desire to progress your career
