Responsibilities

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders efficiently and deliver excellent service during busy periods.
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies needed for grilling operations, notifying management of shortages.
- Serve finished dishes promptly while ensuring quality control and presentation standards are upheld.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques specific to grilling and meat preparation.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper handling of ingredients to prevent contamination.
- Previous restaurant experience demonstrating the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and serve guests effectively.
